Maibe Valdes
With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Maibe brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role as Dental Office Manager. She began her career as a Lead Dental Assistant, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care, clinical procedures, and teamwork. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and natural leadership led to her promotion into management. Maibe was born in Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. She lived in New York for 17 years before moving to Florida with her family. Maibe enjoys interior designing, running, and spending quality time with her husband, her daughter, and her adorable Shih Tzu named Waffle .
Kathy
Kathy has over 7 years of experience providing high-quality care in both pediatric and general dentistry. Her fluency in English and Spanish allows her to communicate clearly and compassionately ensuring comfort and trust throughout the dental visit. She is our go-to person for amazing Cuban coffee and would love to make you some when you visit our office. When not in the office, Katherine loves to work out at the gym and spend time with her loved ones.

Samantha
Samantha is a passionate and adventurous dental hygienist who brings both skill and heart to her profession. Born in Boston and raised in St. Petersburg, she has deep roots in the community and a strong commitment to giving back. As an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Assocation, Samantha has dedicated part of her career to volunteering with organizations like Special Olympics and TeamSmile, providing care to underserved populations with compassion and enthusiasm. She also gained valuable experience as a travel hygienist combining her love for exploring new places with her mission to improve oral health across communities. Outside of dentistry, Samantha enjoys hiking, golfing, practicing yoga, and living an active, balanced lifestyle.
Amanda
Amanda is a dedicated dental hygienist with a strong foundation in dentistry. She earned her dental degree in Venezuela in 2019 and began her career in the United States as a dental assistant in Texas. After gaining valuable experience and continuing her professional development, she moved to Florida to pursue her career as a dental hygienist. Fluent in Spanish, Amanda is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and oral health education. Her international background and hands-on experience allow her to connect with patients and provide high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Jeannie
Jeannie is one of the friendly faces who greets you when you arrive at our office! New to the dental field, she brings over 30 years of customer service and administrative experience from her career with the Maryland Department of Transportation. Since moving to Florida in 2021, she’s loved connecting with patients and learning something new every day. Originally from Maryland, Jeannie now lives here with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, dancing to live music, and spending time with friends and family.
Kyleigh
As a proud native of Tampa Bay, Kayleigh has dedicated the last seven years to the dental industry, beginning her journey as a dental assistant. Over the years, she discovered her passion for administration, and now thrives in a role that allows her to support our team and enhance patient experiences. When she is not at work, Kaliegh loves spending quality time with her significant other and their cat, enjoying the cozy comforts of home. Whether it’s exploring new dining spots, indulging in some retail therapy, or expressing her creativity through singing and playing her instrument, she believes in making the most of life’s moments.
Erika Siemiet, DDS
Dr. Erika Siemiet was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where she first graduated from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro dental school in 1994. Right after graduating, her love for children drove her to pursue a specialty degree in pediatric dentistry from Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil. After moving to the USA, she attended University of the Pacific dental school where she received her DDS degree with honors in 2003. Dr. Erika has been working as a family dentist with practice limited to children in the Tampa Bay Area since then.
Dr. Erika is committed to provide the highest quality pediatric dental care in a friendly, kind and compassionate setting where children are always a priority, can feel comfortable and are happy to come back!
When she is not in one of our offices, Dr. Erika enjoys spending quality time with her son, daughter and husband outdoors, listening to good music, going to the beach and traveling to discover and learn about new places and cultures.
